 4A fork of github.com/russross/blackfriday/v2 with a few changes. Notably:

 6    • Em-dashes swallow spaces. For example: "Foo -- bar" becomes "Foo—bar"
 7      This is more typographically accurate, while allowing for cleaner looking plaintext.
 8    • En-dashes only between numbers. For example: "8-9 years" becomes "8ndash;9 years".
 9      Again, this keeps the plaintext more natural (as opposed to writing "8 - 9" years 
10      in blackfriday for an en-dash).
11    • Optional image width/height. For example:
12        ![foo image](http://example.com/bar.png){400x800}
13      This renders as:
14        <p><img src="http://example.com/bar.png" alt="foo style="width:400px; height:800px;" /></p>
